Apartment Chiaia,Via Chiaia 220, Napoli
The flat is situated on 4 th floor of a building with elevator, in pedestrian zone. It's at 100 meters from Piazza dei Martiri,at 150 meters from San Carlo Opera House,and at about 300 meters from Mercadante Theatre, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto I, and the old Greek and Roman Naples and the historical centre.
Typology: large surface area of about 37 square meters, of which 25 are used for a room with large bed, sofa, table with chairs, wardrobe. The kitchen (with a window) is in a different room connected with the main room by a sliding door. Bed space: 2. Facilities: hot water, air conditioning, radiator heating system, television washing/drying machine, internet ADSL. Bathroom with large shower and window. Openings: small terrace balcony, kitchen window, bathroom window. Furniture: functional, completely new.
Minimal stay: one week.

How to get to Via Chiaia
From Capodichino, Naples international airport (8 km) take Alibus (departure each 20 minutes) and get off at Piazza Municipio. Walk to Piazza Trieste e Trento, and along Via Chiaja. The flat is in the same building where Luisa Spagnoli boutique is,before the bridge.
By car:From the north (A1 Rome-Naples) and from the south (motorway Salerno-Naples) follow the signs “Porto/Via Marittima” and reach Piazza Municipio. Leave your car in some of the garages in Piazza Municipio and walk to Via Chiaja.
Apartments 1 and 2, Via Cappella Vecchia 24,Naples
Both apartments are on the 2 ° floor, without elevator. At 50 meters from Piazza dei Martiri, about 500 meters from the San Carlo Theater, Politeama, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, the port of Naples and the historical center.
Type of flat: dining/ drawing room with cupboard kitchen corner. Bedroom and bathroom at attic, 2 meters high.Total area of the flat: 35 square metres. Bed space: double or twin bed + 2( convertible sofa ) . Facilities: hot water, air conditioning, radiator central heating, LCD satellite television, washing-machine, safe, internet ADSL . How to get to Via Cappella Vecchia
From Capodichino, Naples international airport (8 km) take Alibus (departure each 20 minutes) and get off at Piazza Municipio. Walk along via Chiaia, Piazza dei Martiri and Via S. Maria a Cappella Vecchia.
From Naples central railway station: Take a tram towards Fuorigrotta and get off at Piazza Vittoria, Via Calabritto, Piazza dei Martiri, Via Cappella Vecchia.
By car: From the north (A1 Rome-Naples) and from the south (motorway Salerno-Naples) follow the signs “Porto/Via Marittima” pass Piazza Municipio and after the tunnel turn right to Piazza dei Martiri. Here you should get into via Cappella Vecchia which sides the big book-shop called Feltrinelli.

The flat is on the 1 ° floor, without elevator.At 50 meters from Piazza dei Martiri, about 500 from the San Carlo Theater, Politeama, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, the port of Naples and the historical center.

The apartment is on the 7th floor of the skyscraper Medina, two lifts .It's at about 500 metres from the San Carlo Theater, Politeama, Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, the port of Naples and the historical center.
Typology: bedroom, dinning room with a kitchen in a separate area, bathroom.Surface: 40 square metres .Bed space: 2+2 (bed sofa ) Facilities: hot water, air conditioning, heating, washing/drying machine, television, internet ADSL, safe, telephone. How to get to Fiorentini Flat
From Piazza Municipio take Via Medina, walk about 100 metres and turn into the fourth street on the left by hotel Jolly/ Ambassador. First entry on the left, number 21, "scala A" 7th floor. Both lifts are free. If you come by car and need a garage, there are three around; one at the bottom of the building itself.
From Naples International airport Napoli Capodichino, (8 Km distance),pick up Alibus and get off at Piazza Municipio stop. Departures each 20 minutes.
From Naples railway central station take a bus (towards Fuorigrotta)and get off at Piazza Municipio.You can also take bus R2,Via Medina stop.
By car, from the north motorway A1 Rome-Naples or from the south motorway A3 Salerno-Naples, follow the sign "Port-Via Marina" to get to Piazza Municipio.
By Taxi, ask the driver to take you to Hotel Jolly/Ambassador.
